How do I Download and Install ESET Smart Security? 5

1. ESET Live Installer will automatically detect your operating system and architecture and will install the latest version of your ESET security product. To download, click the link below:

2. Click Save when prompted and save the file to your Desktop.
    
3. Once the download has completed, you may be prompted to click Run and begin the installation process. If the installer does not run automatically, navigate to your Desktop or wherever you saved the download file and double-click it to open. When you are ready, continue to the next section for installation instructions.
4. When the Install ESET Smart Security 5 welcome screen opens, make sure that the correct language is selected and click Install to begin.

5. In the End-User License Agreement window, click I Accept to continue.

6. In the next window, select the check boxes next to Yes, I want to participate (recommended) and Enable detection (recommended) and click Next to continue.

7. Once the installation is complete, click Finish to exit installation wizard.

8. In the New network connection detected window, select Allow sharing (recommended).

9. If you are installing an ESET security product on your system for the first time, the Product Activation window will open automatically. Select Activate using username and password and click Next to continue.

10. In the Activate using a username and password window, fill out all of the required fields. When you are finished, click Activate to finish.
